Family of Joseph DeMarco,
John and I wish to express our sincere condolences to you at this moment in time. You do not know us and i have only recently been able to connect my father to the 17th Airborne unit that fought at the Battle of the Bulge. Please know that we appreciate all that your father stood for and for the principles upon which he stood.
Those we love really never leave us. We are thinking of you in your time of sorrow knowing that only God can give you the peace that passes all understanding.

You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers..I read once that death ends a life not a relationship, your dad will always be with you. Take care and thank you again for all you do for my Margie...

I was saddened to hear of the passing of trooper DeMarco. My father. Rev. Ralph Epps, served in the 17th Airborne-194th GIR, HQ Co. He passed away 3 Jan. 2008. I'm certain the two of them are together now sharing stories. Grief is the price we pay for love; and I pray that your family will find peace and strength in the good memories as you grieve together. I honor Mr. Joseph DeMarco for his service to his family and his country. Sincerely, Isaac Epps

It is with a heavy heart and my deepest sympathy that we learn of the passing of a very Dear Friend and a Member of our World War II Airborne Family. Mr. DeMarco and I were in the same Company, Co B, 194th GIR, from mid 1943 until after the Battle of the Bulge. YES TIME is taking its toll on our Veterans and their Family. On behalf of our now dissolved 17th Airborne Division Association may we say "Farewell to a Distinguished Veteran and a Valued Comrade".
