KULICK - Kevin B., Dr. Of Amherst, NY. February 25, 2019. Beloved husband of Rise; (nee Pozarny) Kulick; dear father of Abigal (Alex) Gold, Benjamin (Jessica) and David (Laura) Kulick; brother of Tracy (late John) Jacobowitz, Wynne Elizabeth (Mark) Trinca; grandfather of Ida-Rose, Flora, Henry and Sanford; also survived by many nieces, nephews, and close family friends. Funeral services will be held at Temple Beth Tzedek, 1641 North Forest Rd., on Wednesday at 11 AM. No prior visitation. In lieu of flowers, please consider memorials to: Jewish Federation of Buffalo, Jewish Community Center of Buffalo, Roswell Park Cancer Institute or Honor Health Cancer Research, 10510 N. 92nd St #200, Scottsdale, AZ 85258.
