Leonard Alessandra Obituary

Of Buffalo, NY, October 13, 2003, beloved husband of the late Lena (nee Messina) Alessandra; father of Sharon (Charles) Tirone, Salvatore 'Sam' (Joan), Leonard J. Jr. (Heather), Denise Barone, Maria (David) Lloyd, Mark (Anna) and the late Angelo Alessandra; also survived by 16 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren; brother of Louise Muffoletto, Rose Crist, Jack (Lucille) and the late Vincent 'Jim' Alessandra. Friends received Tuesday from 4-8 PM at the GRECO FUNERAL HOME INC., 2909 Elmwood Ave. (near Sheridan Dr.) where funeral services will be held Wednesday morning at 9 and in St Andrews Church at 9:30. Flowers gratefully declined. Interment in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Mr. Alessandra was a veteran of WW II.
