GRASSO - Maxine A. Monday, August 30, 2010, at age 68; wife of 48 years to Jerome Grasso of Batavia; mother of Nancy (Michael) Piscitillo of Boston, NY, Lisa (Steven) Grice of Batavia, Jay (Hope) Grasso of LeRoy and the late Nadine M. Netter; mother-in-law of John Netter of Lancaster; grandmother of Matthew and Cara Piscitillo, Alex and Casey Grice, Zachary, Nicholas and Hailey Grasso; sister of Robert (Marge) Baszczynski of Utah and Christine (Stan) Radwan of Evans; also survived by nieces and nephews. Calling 6 to 8 PM Thursday and 4 to 8 PM Friday at H. E. Turner & Co. Funeral Home, 403 East Main Street, Batavia. Her Mass of Christian Burial will be Saturday at 9:30 AM at Ascension Parish - St. Anthony's Church, 122 Liberty Street, Batavia. In lieu of flowers memorials to Genesee Cancer Assistance, 16 Bank St., Batavia, NY 14020 or Notre Dame High School, 73 Union St., Batavia, NY 14020. Condolences at www.bataviafuneralhomes.com.

Maxine & I went to Bishop Colton together. I am grateful for all she did to make the Colton Reunions a sucess. She will be missed.
