Paul HENDEL Obituary

HENDEL - Paul A. Age 49, of Stafford, entered into rest February 17, 2011 at his home. Beloved son of Charles (Lynn) Shorten of Gainesville, FL and the late Nancy (Ottney) Hendel. Surviving along with his father are his beloved companion, Karen Nostrant of Stafford; three daughters; Emily (Michael) Colletta of Elmira, Cassandra Hendel and Allyson Hendel, and their mother, Diane Hendel all of Attica, two brothers; Peter Hendel of Tonawanda and Kenneth (Stacy) Shorten of FL; three sisters; Mindy (Mike) Clapp of Gainesville, FL, Debbie (Mike) Zawela of Jacksonville, FL, and Heather (Mike) Groat of Tonawanda; a grandson, Charles Colletta of Elmira. Ten nieces and nephews also survive. Friends may visit the H.E. TURNER & CO. FUNERAL HOME, 403 East Main St., Batavia on Sunday 1-5 PM. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Burial will be in Forest Hill Cemetery, Attica. Memorials may be made to the Stafford Fire Department P.O. Box 56, Stafford, New York 14143. Condolences may be made at www.bataviafuneralhomes.com.

My sincere condolences to you and the Hendel family in this time of sorrow. I have had the pleasure of working with Paul for several years he was always fun to work for I will miss greatly.
