Richard Kohn Obituary

Richard A. Kohn, Sr., 75, of Sanborn, NY, passed away peacefully in the comfort of his home surrounded by his beloved family. Born in Buffalo, NY, he was the son of the late Orville and Eleanor (Stilwell) Kohn; and the loving husband of Judith (Gallant) Kohn, who he married in 1967. Richard served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. He retired from General Motors in Tonawanda, NY after 35 years of dedicated service. Above all, he devoted his life to his family who will miss him dearly. In addition to his wife of 56 years, he is survived by his two daughters, Dawn (James) Credicott and Sondra (Edwin) Tromble, and was sadly predeceased by his son, Richard A. Kohn, Jr. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Kurt, Wyatt, Dottimarie, Katie, Shelby, David, Cassondra, Jacob and Trinity; as well as several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. In accordance of Richard's wishes, there will be no funeral services. Memorial offerings may be made to a charity of one's choice. Arrangements by M.J.
