Robert ANDRES Obituary
Age 80 of Eden, New York passed away on Wednesday, May 10, 2023. He is survived by his beloved wife Bonita "Bonnie" (nee Sessanna) whom he married on Oct. 12, 1963; his dear son Robert C. Andres, Jr. (Wendy Klinger); cherished grandchildren Jerrica (Paul) Frenza, Meagan Haberer, Samantha and Autumn Andres; great -grandchildren Rosalie and August Frenza; and loving sister Rita (late Fred) Bergholtz; son-in-law, Steve Day; also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Robert was predeceased by his parents Carl and Margaret (nee Mayer) Andres; a daughter Eva M. Day; and a sister Gloria Glendinning. Robert worked for CSXT RR as a conductor for more than 40 years. He was a member of St. Mary's East Eden RC Church, the Boston Valley Social Club, as well as the E. Eden Volunteer Fire Co. and E. Eden Sportsman's Club and was a vice local chairman of the United Transportation Union Local #1566. He was known for his resourcefulness, taking care of his yard, having a "green thumb" and his three greenhouses. He was also willing to help anyone in need. Friends may call at the Donald M. Demmerley Funeral Home 21 Pierce Ave. Hamburg, NY on Monday, June 5, 2023 from 2-4 and 6-8. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, June 6, 2023 at St Mary's Church of East Eden at 11 AM. Please share condolences at

May God BLESS BOB , and the entire Andres family,I am sorry for your great loss and I know he will be well missed.
