December 20, 2016, husband of the late Beverly (nee Brown); father of Janet (Philip) Guarnotta, David Ormerod, Richard Ormerod and Susan Ormerod; brother of Lee Ormerod and the late Verna Crehan; grandfather of Kayla, Autumn and Wesley; greatgrandfather of Brayden; dearest companion of Ethel Milkas. Family and friends may call Thursday 10-12 PM at the DIETRICH FUNERAL HOME, INC., 2480 Kensington Ave., Amherst, where a funeral service will be held at 12 PM. An inurnment will take place in Arlington National Cemetery at the convenience of the family. Online condolences may be shared at
