My condolences to the Wishman family.
I served with Ron in the MP unit in the early 80's until he transfered for a Command Sergeants Major promotion.
He had a charisma about him and enjoyed talking with soldiers. Listening to him he always made the jobs seem easier. He tried different things to succeed and care for his soldiers.
I'll never forget his gestures, he'd shrug his shoulder and say, "Oh geez" with a smile. I shall say, thank you Ron for all you did, your leadership, personality and humor will be missed.
Rest in Peace CSM you did well.
