At age 87, Beloved husband of the late Rosemary (nee Bellavia) Korhummel; former husband of Lillian; devoted father of Christine Korhummel, Ross (Lisa) Korhummel, Jr., Maria (Anthony) Hoerner and Joseph (Jessica) Korhummel; loving grandfather of Kaden, Kyle, Isabella, Alexandria and Joseph Jr.; dear brother of the late Winifred (Ted) Lina, Fred Korhummel, Sr. and Robert (Kathy) Korhummel; brother-in-law of Patrina, Frank (Betsy), and the late Margaret; also survived by nieces and nephews. Ross served in the US Marine Corps from 1956-1959, participated in many roles in local Marine Corps organizations and was the owner of Korey Sales and Service in Cheektowaga for over 40 years. The family will receive relatives and friends on Friday, October 10th, from 4-7 PM at the Urban-AMIGONE FUNERAL HOME, 3645 Genesee St. (Two blocks East of Union Rd). A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10:30 AM on Saturday, October 11th, at Our Lady Help of Christians Church, 4125 Union Rd., Cheektowaga. Entombment to follow at Mount Calvary Cemetery.
