Mom, I was just thinking about you today. I was trying to remember the exact date of your passing. I did a search for your obituary and didn't even realize I was able to write in this. I see Mark Jackie and Mike have done so for years. I miss you so much Mom. I think about your passing often. I'm so grateful to God that I got to be there for your passing. What a gift! Not to watch you pass, but to see you enter Heaven. That was one of the hardest times in my life. I love you so... your anniversary is about to come up again. It seems like forever since I last saw you. It's been 20 years. I can't believe it's been that long. My favorite times were going up to stay with Jackie and having you living directly across from her. I loved being able to go back and forth between the two homes and seeing you everyday. I miss you Mom.

Mom, well, it is planting time again. I took a look again at the photo of the lone sunflower and my heart was saddened. I decided to plant sunflowers for the kids, in honor of you. We all love and miss you so much and are anxiously awaiting the day we will all be together, again. We love you.

Hi, mom. Jackie was over for the week and we laughed so hard. She is so much like you. No "electronic" skills. She even says things you would say and her reactions are the same. I guess it is like having you here with us for a short while. We love you very much and miss you, too! All our love.

Mom, it has been five long years since you were called home. We miss you everyday. So many times I hear a song on the radio that reminds me of you (or Jackie comes to visit-she is a young Ruthie!) and it brings a tear to my eyes. Rest assured we are keeping your memory alive for Joel and Leah. I still have the photo from Jackie of the lone sunflower that grew, after you left us. Today the kids started the second grade and are getting so big. Time goes by too quickly. Tell dad we say "hello" and everyone else, also. All of our love,
