Scott E. Friedman, 55, of Tonawanda, New York, passed away on Thursday, March 26, 2026. Scott was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in January 2021 and lived 5 incredible years before his passing. He is survived by his wife, Susan (formerly Crimmen, née Rambuss) Friedman; his children, Madeleine (Christian) Montes and Alexander Friedman; stepson, Ezra Crimmen; his parents, Martin and the late Gail Friedman; his sister, Alison (Adam) Greenberg; nephew and niece, Joshua and Gillian Greenberg; and other extended family members. A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, April 10 at the Westwood Park Pavilion at 175 Pavement Road in Lancaster from 4:00-7:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 11 at First Trinity Lutheran Church at 1570 Niagara Falls Boulevard in Tonawanda at 10:00 AM. Please assemble at the church; there are no prior visitations. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the SPCA Serving Erie County or Hospice Buffalo.
