Part of Our Hearts Forever

Could we ever forget your sparkling eyes

or the way you brightened each day,

or your smile which is etched in our memories,

so you're never far away?

Could we ever forget those priceless moments?

The answer, of course, is never.

For you were part of our lives for a brief time,

but you'll be part of our hearts forever.

We love you and miss you.

Love,

Your godparents and your cousins Joey and Sarah

I was Vinnies Godfather, and very close friend. I knew Vinnie his whole life. I saw the good with the bad. Vinnie just saw the good. He was a good boy. It is hard to describe all the ways Vinnie touched my heart. He was like a son to me and my wife. Vinnie spent countless weekends with us and was always there to offer help with the yard, or help me with my computer business. He was our "Gentle Ben". I love you Vinnie with all my heart..... God bless you....and God keep you.

Love,

Godfather

Vince,

You were such a great person and friend. I really wish you would have stayed here in Florida at Freedom High so we could have had more memories together. I'm just very thankful that I got the chance to know you and I will never forget how you used to call me mighty me. I was so tiny compared to you. Only 5 feet tall, 100 pounds. I loved the times we had together during intensive reading, american history, and during club. I love you Vince and I'm very sad to see you go but now your set free. I know I'll see you again someday but until then you will be truley missed and rest in peace.

Love always,

Brittany Rossiter (mighty me)

I, unfortunately, never got to know Vince. I have heard about him from many and I know that I missed out on knowing a great guy. It's so heart breaking to see someone so young and so alive leave this earth so soon but only the good die young. It is sad but sometimes true. I am not a religious person but tonight I will pray for him and his family. God Bless

I was Vince's teacher last year in Web Design. He was always trying to keep me calm whenever things would get "moving." He was one of the most pleasant students I have had the privilege of teaching. He continually added a smile to my day. Up until a few weeks ago we were still conversing through emails and he was enjoying NY. My deepest sympathy to his family and friends. He will be missed terribly but was needed in a much better place. Be proud of the person you helped him become.

I met Vince through work at Tops. We talked occasionally and he was always so nice. We used to talk about everything from school to music and back again. He will be missed, and although I only knew him for a couple of months, i'm thankful to have even met him. My deepest sympathy goes out to all of his family and friends.

My sisters and I all knew Vince through school. Vince was really funny, and just fun to be around. My sister Katlyn described him as "...full of piss and vinegar. If he had the option to stir up a little harmless mischeif, he did." That's the Vince I knew, and even though I didn't know him that well, I liked him for that. He was a very good guy, and all of us, even those of us who are graduated and gone, will miss him greatly. R.I.P Vinny! We love you!

Vicent has gone to my school for the past couple of years, and I may not have known him that well, but what I did know about him was that he was a very nice person. Many of my friends knew him and if only he knew how many of us truly miss him here. Our school and especially our class's thoughts and prayers are with you all!

I will miss Vince dearly. He was always such a gentlemen and a ray of sunshine to my day. He would come into the lunch room with a smile and say "Good morning Mrs. Haines, how are you?" I don't get that very often. When I had him in study hall a couple of years ago we would always sit and chat. My thoughts and prayers will be with you always.
