of Alden, NY passed away October 4, 2023. Beloved husband of 57 years to Mary (Uebelhoer) Czechowski; dear father of Theresa Retzlaff, Betsy (late Kevin) Rinker, Anita Fisher and Joseph (Jennifer) Czechowski; loving grandfather of Emma, Adam, Olivia, Carissa, Isabelle, Collin and Dillin; brother of Marjorie (late Clinton) Munn, Nancy (Ray) Smith, Patricia (late Paul) Anderton, Deborah (Alan) Vilagy and Richard (Pamela) Czechowski; predeceased by his parents Walter and Mary Czechowski Sr. and siblings Mary Ann (late Rudolph) Hey and Thomas (late Mary) Czechowski Sr.; also survived by many nieces and nephews. Family will be present to receive friends at the Charles Meyer Funeral Home, 13228 Broadway Alden, NY Sunday 2-4 and 6-8 PM. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. John's RC Church Alden, NY Monday at 10 AM. (Please assemble at church). In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or St. John the Baptist Church. Share your condolences at meyerfuneralhome.com
