A Private Burial was held by the immediate family. Memorials may be made to White Whiskers Senior Dog Sanctuary or Hospice Foundation of WNY. Arrangements by MESNEKOFF FUNERAL HOME. My brother, friend and confidante....I miss you dearly. I will forever cherish our daily phone conversations about our childhood and the years you played rhythm guitar in your band by the name of the Boss Blues Band. Glad I had the chance to tell you how much I admired you for your musical ability! You are forever in my heart and now resting with Annette and Irving.

From kindergarten and up; I went thru nine years of PS 66 with Billy; and typical of the neighborhood then; Billy was the nicest and most down to earth guy. Always smiling and doing the right thing.
