A celebration of his life will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 11, at the Alpha Baptist Church, 15 Rose St., Willingboro, where family and friends may view from 9 a.m. until the time of service. Interment will be in Brig. Gen. William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Arneytown, N.J.

Where do I start I'm really taken for words,I am still in shock that a man that I looked up to and so glad that I have met you. When I first met joe I said to him do you know who you look like ? He said no who do I look like ? I told him you look like Snood Dog,He laughed. Ever since then we were friends, I will miss him and his dancing.
