Age: 19 • Colchester, VT
Andrew Joseph (Drew) Pierson passed away the evening of November 2, 2016.
Drew was born August 2, 1997 in Bardstown, Kentucky. He went to grade school at West Point, NY and attended middle school in Canton, NY. Drew graduated this past spring from Burlington Technical Center through Colchester High School. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends, his dogs and cats, fishing, hiking, soccer, family vacations, and more recently he developed a passion for automobiles.
Drew is survived by his parents Joe and Beth, brothers Shane and Josh, sister Katie, grandparents Suzanne Kingsley, Ronald Kingsley & Margaret Pierson, many aunts and uncles, as well as 25 cousins. He also leaves behind his cherished girlfriend and best friend, Courtnee Arnold. The family is forever grateful to all those who ever loved and supported him.
Visiting hours will be on Sunday, November 6th from 1-4 pm at the Ready Funeral & Cremation Service Mountain View Chapel, 68 Pinecrest Dr. Essex Junction, VT. There will be no service. To send online condolences to his family, please visit www.readyfuneral.com.

I just found out about this and I am so shocked! Drew was such a fun boy who I enjoyed cutting his hair on many occasions at the Pierson home. When he walked into a room, it lit up! Even though Drew spent only a short time at Northwood the people that had the privilege to know him are devasted by this. Drew was a compassionate down to earth guy who made everywhere he went a better place. He affected so many people in a good way. Rest In Peace my friend you were loved by many.

Drew has many friends in Canton, my son, Austin, included. Austin has told me funny stories that included Drew, his brother Josh and their Canton friends. Through hearing those stories, I can assure you that Drew brought fun and laughter to many of his peers. I know that my son and many others will miss him dearly but remember him in their hearts and minds.

Drew will be missed tremendously by a large community of Canton friends, my son included. Please know that he touched the hearts of many young people in our Canton community and brought laughter and joy to those he spent time with.
