To Dottie and family, I had the great pleasure of working at the Red Cross with Frank and also you Dottie, and still do work there, but nothing ever can compare with the days and nights spent traveling the roads of Vt and NH with you two. We really had a blast!!! A lot of the time it would be JoJo , me and Darci, and Frank would drive and Dottie you would be co-pilot. I just wanted to say the joy you brought into our lives made work fun. I'm so sad that Frank has passed from all of us that knew him. He enriched so many lives during his stay here on this earth, mine being one of them.

I stopped in to see Frank last fall and he had just came home from the hospital I was moved to tears as we talked about the good times we had at Gmp and all the funny stories. Frank was one of the hardest working men I ever knew. He taught me how to work.
A gentle man a caring man. There was no job Frank could not figure out and get you to buy in and get it done. A very smart worker as well. He will be missed a true Vermonter. Rest in peace Frank. My condolences to Dottie and family.

Sorry to hear of your loss Dottie, Doug and Debbie. It will certainly be a void for us all, not to see Frank working around outside his home which he loved. After 50+ years as a neighbor we will certainly miss you. May the angels take you to the special place in heaven that He has prepared for you and may you experience the greatest of His love. Rest in peace Frank. Larry and Pat Wells
