Stephen St. Peter Obituary

Stephen Robert St. Peter

Age: 54 • Litchfield, NH

Stephen Robert St. Peter of Litchfield, NH passed away at his home, unexpectedly on Saturday May 6th 2017.

Stephen was born on August 8th 1962 and was a native Vermonter. He graduated from Champlain Valley Union High School in June of 1980 and later earned an engineering degree from Vermont Technical College. After college he moved to New Hampshire to pursue his career in engineering. His talent and skill in his field allowed him to excel in his professional life. It was while living in New Hampshire he met and married his wife Ann, and inherited a ready made family of 3 step children, whom he loved, supported, and accepted as his own.

Stephen has always had a strong sense of who he was, what he wanted, and how to go about getting it. He was an accomplished athlete who bowled several perfect games, and scored a hole in one in golf! He loved a variety of pastime activities and hobbies including hunting with his older brother Michael, watching NASCAR, riding his motorcycle, and driving his red Acura NSX sports car. He was a devoted fan of the Dallas Cowboys, Boston Red Sox and Boston Bruins. Stephen could always be counted on to provide comedy relief no matter the crowd, and often left all of his friends and family hysterical with his renditions of social situations or events!

Stephen will be remembered by all for the incredible life he led while on loan to us from heaven, we will all think of him often, miss him deeply, and love him more than words can express. He is free now and in the presence of God above where he will watch over all of us every day.

Stephen is survived by his loving and devoted wife Ann, his 3 stepchildren Rob Brown, his wife Emily, David Brown, his wife Deanna, and Tiffany Brown. He also leaves several step grandchildren. As well, he is survived by his parents Paul & Evelyn St. Peter of Williston VT, his sister Judith Sheppard and her husband William of Tallahassee, FLA., his brother Michael and his wife Rebecca of Manassas VA, his sister Sally Lewis and her husband Jason of Williston VT. , and his sister Sandra Donlan and her husband Tim of Swanton VT. He also leaves behind many beloved friends and extended family members including aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Beloved husband, son, father, brother, uncle, nephew and grandfather, may your spirit now soar with the angels above.

Final arrangements include viewing on Thursday May 11th from 4pm-7pm at Dumont & Sullivan Funeral Home located on 50 Ferry St. Hudson NH 03051,

Phone 603-882-9431.

Catholic Funeral services will be performed Friday 11am at St Francis of Assisi Parish in Litchfield, NH.
