Debra Elaine "Debie" Carbeau

Debra Elaine "Debie" Carbeau, 63, of Zelienople, passed away Saturday, Sept. 27, 2025, while under the care of Allegheny General Hospital.
Born July 12, 1962, in Concordia, Kan., she was the daughter of Donald Fraley and the late Donna Knowles Fraley.
Debie earned her bachelor's degree from Purdue University. She was a deeply spiritual person and attended Calvin Presbyterian Church. She was a volunteer and a servant leader. Debie was a member of the Connoquenessing Valley Elementary School Parent Teacher Organization. She was a very active member of the Zelienople Area Public Library and for a time served as president. She enjoyed the game of golf and was a member of the Butler County Country Club, serving as president of its Ladies Golf Association. She especially enjoyed her Tuesday morning group at the country club.
Debie will be remembered for her gift for connecting people. She had a nonstop social life. Debie was a true and loyal friend and cherished her friends through the decades. Her friendly presence was her full-time job. Most of all, Debie will be cherished and remembered as a wonderful daughter, a loving wife, a nurturing mom and a beloved aunt. She will be dearly missed and lovingly remembered.
In addition to her father, Debie leaves behind to cherish her memory her husband of 37 years, Robert L. "Bob" Carbeau, whom she married Oct. 1, 1988; her sons, Trey (Adara) Carbeau and Charlie (Molly) Carbeau; her Zelienople sisters-in-law, Kelley (Mike) O'Halloran and their daughter, Shannon, Tracy (Tom) Landau and their son, Josh (Meggon) Cahall; her dear Bigfork sister-in-law, Julie (Doug) Fraley and their children Dillon, Abbie, Madison and Brooke.
In addition to her mother, Debie was preceded in death by her brother, Douglas Fraley; and her nephew, Connor O'Halloran.
CARBEAU - A memorial service for Debra Elaine "Debie" Carbeau, who died Saturday, Sept. 27, 2025, will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Oct. 24, at Calvin Presbyterian Church, 415 E. Grandview Ave., Zelienople, with the Rev. Dr. Graham Standish officiating.
Donations may be made in Debie's memory to the Zelienople Area Public Library, 227 S. High St., Zelienople, PA 16063.
Arrangements have been entrusted to BOYLAN FUNERAL HOME, 324 E. Grandview Ave., Zelienople.
