Keith Slater Obituary

Keith D. Slater, 44, of Cranberry Township passed away unexpectedly Oct. 5 in New Orleans.
Born on July 1, 1970, in Penn Hills, he was the son of Barbara Johnson Shaffer and Richard Slater.
He was an apprentice electrician for Hilltop Electric.
Surviving are his mother and stepfather, Barbara Johnson Shaffer and her husband, Thomas, of Cranberry Township; his father, Richard Slater of Mississippi; his son and daughter, Kalan and Paige Slater, both of Hammond, La.; his two brothers, Scott Slater of Cranberry Township and Sean Slater and his wife, Tia, of Kingwood, Texas, and his two nieces, Alyssa and Kiersten Slater.
Slater - The friends of Keith D. Slater, who passed awaySunday, Oct. 5, 2014, will be received from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the McDonald-Aeberli Funeral Home,238 Crowe Ave., Mars. Prayers will follow at 8 p.m. with the Rev. Richard Neumann officiating.
Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Franklin Road, Warrendale.
