Lillian Marie McDonald
Lillian Marie McDonald, 72, of Butler died at 6 p.m. Wednesday at her home.
Born July 17, 1933, in Prospect, she was the daughter of Lee Edward and Rose Mary Mars Forsythe.
She was a former member of the Oak Hills Christian Church. She enjoyed gardening and home decorating.
Mrs. McDonald is survived by two daughters, JoEllen Shever and Christine Tiedt, both of Butler; a son, Ray McDonald of Chicora; two grandchildren whom she raised, Holly McDonald and Shawn McDonald, both of Butler; two sisters, Joan Bollinger of Slippery Rock and Delores Hairhoger of Wampum; 11 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ray Eldon McDonald, who died Aug. 19, 1984; two daughters and two brothers.
McDONALD - Friends of Lillian Marie McDonald, who died Wednesday, Nov. 30, 2005, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the YOUNG FUNERAL HOME, LTD., Butler. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home with the Rev. Connie Dunn of VNA Hospice officiating. Burial will be in the Summit United Presbyterian Church Cemetery.

I met mrs. mcdonald through her grand-daughter Holly, with whome I was friends with. She was such a nice lady, and will be missed dearly. Im so sorry to hear of the loss of her.
