Ruth Goehring Obituary
Born Sept. 21, 1928, in Harmony, she was the daughter of the late Clarence W. and Lizzie M. (Erb) Heberling.
Ruth was a devoted member of Grace Church of Harmony. She enjoyed playing dominoes with the church club. She worked as a telephone operator for Bell Telephone. Ruth loved her family and enjoyed spending time with them, especially her grandchildren. She will be dearly missed and lovingly remembered.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory her children, Kathy S. (Gary) Peffer and Marcia K. (Gerard) Hodge; four grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
In addition to her parents, Ruth was preceded in death by her husband, Roy E. Goehring, in 2011; and her two sisters, Betty Young and Marie Davidson.
GOEHRING - Private services for Ruth R. Goehring, who died Friday, Jan. 3, 2025, were entrusted to BOYLAN FUNERAL HOME, 324 E. Grandview Ave., Zelienople.
