Sandra Goehring

Sandra Lynn Goehring, age 82, passed away peacefully on January 10, 2026, in Pittsville, Wisconsin. Born on September 7, 1943, in Illinois, she lived a life marked by deep faith, enduring love for her family, and a generous spirit.

Sandra was a devoted wife to William Goehring, with whom she shared many cherished years. Together they raised four children: Bill Goehring, Cindy Christopherson (Todd), Dana Goehring, and Jeff Goehring (Deb).

Her legacy continues through her many grandchildren, each of whom brought her immense joy and pride. She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, and a daughter-in-law. Despite these losses and the health challenges she faced later in life, Sandra remained steadfast in her faith and love for those around her.

A longtime member of Calvary Baptist Church in Wisconsin Rapids, Sandra was active in the congregation for over 50 years. Though the last three decades of her life were marked by illness that prevented regular attendance, her relationship with Jesus remained unwavering. Her faith was a source of strength and comfort throughout her journey.

Sandra had a special gift for making others feel loved and cared for. She especially delighted in spending time with family and found great joy in their company. Her hands were rarely still-she loved to knit and crochet baby afghans and hats for any little one she encountered. It became a hallmark of her kindness; if there was a baby nearby, Sandra likely had a handmade gift ready.

Her warmth, creativity, and devotion will be remembered by all who knew her. May her memory bring comfort to those who mourn her passing and inspiration to those who carry forward the love she so freely gave.

Per Sandra's wishes, no public visitation or service will be held.
