QUINTANILLA Jose A. Quintanilla, Jr., 68, born May 6, 1941 in King Ranch, Texas to Mr. & Mrs. Jose (Elida) Quintanilla.He was employed as a United Postal Carrier and Retired Texas A&M Kingsville. He was a United States Army Veteran and a former Knights of Colombus Council #12623.He is survived by three sons: Raul Herrera, Rodney Herrera, both of Kingsville, Texas and Jose (Arlene) Quintanilla III of Corpus Christi, Texas, three sisters: Vilma Q. (Martin) Garza, Suzie Q. Rocha and Cynthia Q. (Joe) Cavazos all of Kingsville, Texas, four grandchildren, Joey Quintanilla IV, Ericka Herrera, Anaisa Herrera and Paul Castenada, numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.Visitation will be on Wednesday, May 27, 2009 from 10:00 A.M. until 9:00 P.M.A Rosary will be held at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home on Wednesday, May 27, 2009 at 7:00 P.M.The Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, May 28, 2009 at 10:00 A.M. at St. Martins Catholic Church. Father Romeo Salinas Officiating.Burial will follow at Kingsville Resthaven.Arrangements under the direction of: Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home 230 E. Ella Street Kingsville, Texas 78363
