Andrea Teodosio Obituary
born July 8, 1988, left this world into the loving arms of her heavenly Father on February 12, 2011. In Andrea's own words, 'For some life lasts a short while but the memories it holds last forever.' Andrea was truly an angel and lived her life to the fullest each day. She was a sweet, loving and beautiful young woman. Our lives will never be the same without her and are forever enriched for having loved her.
Andrea attended Holy Family School in Stow and is a 2006 graduate of Walsh Jesuit High School. In 2010, she graduated from John Carroll University where she majored in Business Administration. She was a research and strategy development assistant and member of the Green Team for, Hitchcock Fleming and Associates, a marketing communications firm in Akron, Ohio
Andrea came into the world as an angel and left us too soon. Andrea personified the word 'Love.' She always lived by the motto, 'When you love someone, you say it right then, out loud, otherwise the moment just passes you by.' She was able to walk into a room and light it up with her contagious smile. She lived her life to the fullest, and always with a positive attitude, wanting to do more for others than for herself. Instead of asking what the world could do for her, Andrea would work at ways to make our world a better place for all of us. She always had a kind word and smile for everyone and made others feel special just for having known her. She had a never-ending pure-hearted kindness. Her love for family and friends and their love for her will be something we will all carry with us for the rest of our lives.
No one who met Andrea could help but love her. Anyone ever graced by her presence knew they were in company of someone very, very special. Her love, sweetness and goodness glow now in God's kingdom. Rest well our beautiful angel. Heaven is a better place with your presence. We will remember your words, 'Don't cry because it's over, smile because it happened.' We will love and cherish your memory every day of our lives.
She leaves many to family members and friends to cherish her memory. She is survived by her parents Thomas and Linda Tucci Teodosio, beloved brother Christopher Teodosio; grandparents Alexander and Anna Marie Teodosio and Robert and Josephine Tucci; Aunts and Uncles Bill and Mary Anne Cort, Carol Anne and David Peter, Robert Teodosio, Alex and Stephanie Teodosio, Paul and Laura Tucci and Robert and Elizabeth Tucci; cousins Christine Klaben, Katie and Steve Perlow, Joseph and David Cort, Lexi, Nicholas and Joseph Teodosio, Bradford, Angela, Nicholas and Alexander Tucci, Ellen, Evan and Alice Karns; and special friend Edward Zalar. She leaves countless neighbors and friends who she loved as her 'second family.'
The Andrea Rose Teodosio Memorial Foundation will be established in her memory. Contributions can be made in care of North Akron Savings Bank, 158 East Cuyahoga Falls Avenue, Akron, Ohio 44310 to the attention of Tracy Jensen.
Friends may call at Holy Family Parish, 3179 Kent Road in Stow, from 4 to 9 PM Wednesday February 16, 2011, where Mass of the Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 AM Thursday, February 17, 2011, followed by burial at All Saints Cemetery, 480 West Highland Rd. Northfield, Ohio 44067. PLEASE MEET AND FORM PROCESSION AT THE CHURCH.

Somehow Andrea's death has touched me in an amazing way. It's amazing to me because I never even knew her. Your nephew David, who I work with in the summer, told me about the 5k race and I'm so glad that he did. I saw a lot of people I knew there. I plan on taking part in it every year. I lived by your family in Steeplechase when I was young. While I dont remember Andrea very well my sister used to babysit her and said she was such a wonderful girl.
