Chad Graham Obituary
Graham
age 40, of Rocky River, born in Columbus and formerly of Canton and San Francisco, died Tuesday of a sudden heart attack. He was a 1990 graduate of Central Catholic High School, 1994 graduate of the University of Cincinnati, and did post graduate studies in Mexico. Chad was a member of Ducks Unlimited. He was a motorcycle enthusiast, master scuba diver, and enjoyed all water sports. Chad was a loving husband, father, son, and brother.
Survived by his wife, Theresa (Byham) Graham of the home; daughter, Catherine Jane Graham; two sons, Thomas August and Chad Frederick Graham; parents, Dr. Thomas and Gretchen Graham of Canton; brother, Michael Graham of Canton; and mother-in-law, Karen Byham of Canton. Preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents.
Family and friends will meet at St. Michael's Catholic Church on Saturday at 10 a.m. for a Mass of Christian Burial with Fr. Robert Kaylor and Fr. Donald King as Celebrants. Friends may call Friday from 5-8 p.m. at the Lamiell Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Catherine J. Graham Scholarship Fund c/o Central Catholic High School. To the Graham family, I attended St. Michael's and Central with Chad and Theresa. I remember him as always being friendly. I have not seen him since graduation but I am very saddened by his passing. Chad, I am still in disbelief that you are no longer a phone call away. We rode the same wave. We were sports car rivals in high school. When we grew to appreciate each other and both ended up in California I always knew (and so did you) that we could count on each other no matter what obstacles we had to cross.
