So heartbreaking to hear this news. Dave was a great guy who everyone would just adore instantly when they met him. I remember being so happy to have met someone who shared my appreciation for both remodeling projects and Halloween parties. :) I missed you guys when you all moved away, and now I wish I could be with you all to give you hugs.

Donelle, Michelle, Mike and Jim.... it has been so long since I have been able to visit with you. I was very fortunate to rekindle communication with David on Facebook. I thoroughly enjoyed the messages that we had exchanged and was excited to hear the last that I had communicated with him that he was in rehab and on the upswing. Unfortunately, as I had told Donelle (which I have been also estatic to have rekindled communication with her as well via Facebook), that this was some months ago. I so wish that I could have sent him one last message. I am so glad and will forever cherish the messages that I had received from him just as I cherish and oftentimes think of the times that we would gather at Grandma Askildson's house and enjoy the "walks" to the footbridge. I know that David is with Grandma Askildson and Aunt Betty whom they will forever take care of him until we all see each other again. Please let me know if there is anything at all that I can do for you during this most difficult time. Love Stacy Askildson Parcher (Arlyn's oldest daughter)

Donelle, Mike, Michelle, and Jim.....I know it has been quite some time since we have seen each other. I have in the last year or so rekindled communication with Donnelle and David via Facebook and was so happy to hear from both of them. As I told Donelle, the last I had spoken with David he had been doing some rehab and was on the upswing. Unfortunately, that had been some months ago, I regret terribly now not being able to have had the chance to send him one last message. I do know for sure that I will cherish the few messages I shared with him and the memories of Grandma Askildson's get togethers when you would come back to visit and our walks to the footbridge. Please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers. Sincerely, Stacy Askildson Parcher (Arlyn's daughter)
