David Happoldt Obituary
Age 60, of Canton,
passed away on Monday, April 27, 2009. He was born on January 10, 1949 in Massillon. David proudly served our country in the United States Navy. He owned and operated Happoldt Electric. David is survived by fiance, Paula DelaRosa; his parents, Robert and Donnie Happoldt of Canton; son, Keith (Amelia) Happoldt of Massillon; grandchildren, Haley, Jillian and Ryan; sister, Candie (Dan) Bogdan of Orlando, FL; daughter, Tracy (James) Burgbacher of Cuyahoga Falls; and grandchildren, David, Jonathon, Brittany, Kevin, Glen, Jordan and Jacob. He was "Mom's Little Sweetie" and "Dad's Best Pal". David was a Corvette enthusiast, and member and past president of the Buckeye Corvette Club. He enjoyed driving in the Pro Football Hall of Fame Parade but, most of all, celebrated life as if it were a parade. David lived life to the fullest and is now living eternity to the fullest. In honoring his wishes, David was cremated. A family and friends gathering will be held Friday, May 8, 2009 from 5-8 p.m. at 4913 2nd St. N.W., Canton, OH 44708. The Reed Funeral Home has been entrusted with arrangements. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society at Darryl Brueggeman (5711 Shady Hollow Ct., Rosharon, TX 77583, http://pages.teamintraining.org/sac/ambbr09dbrueggeman). We at Furbay Electric/Furbay Light Shoppe are all sadden to hear of the passing of Dave. I enjoyed talking with him on the job sites when he was doing work for Fred Tobin. His smile will be missed.

David will be missed..from what Paula has told me is that he was a kind and friendly guy and would do just about anything for anyone...Who love life and his four legged friends will miss him as well exspecially tucker his dog...
