Calling hours for David will be Thursday, (today) Sept. 10, 2015 at the Allmon Dugger Cotton Funeral Home from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.. The Memorial Service for David will be Friday, Sept. 11, 2015 at the Carrollton Assembly of God 400 Steubenville Road, Carrollton, Ohio at 7 p.m..Military services will be held by the D.A.V, V.F.W and the American Legion. In lieu of flowers donations may be given to the Carrollton Assembly of God.
