Condolences from Phyllis and Jack Milligan in Michigan with family for the holidays. Peg and Earle - know that the years we spend together on the Court of Appeals were always cordial and enjoyable. When we sat together with Norm Putman we knew we would have stimulating conferences, and we always did. Our alma mater has lost an outstanding lawyer and judge, and I have lost a good friend. May the many pleasant memories fill your heart and mind, Peg. We remember also the trip to Italy and Earle carrying that package on the plane on his lap. Respectfully, Phyllis and Jack
