Edward Davison Obituary
Age 78, of Minerva, died Wed., July 18, 2012 in his home. He was born Dec. 22, 1933 in Canton to Edward and Grace (Rindchen) Davison, Sr. He retired from the Minerva Post Office where he had worked for 30 years. He graduated from Minerva High School in 1951, was a US Army Veteran of the Korean War and is a member of the St. Paul's Lutheran Church.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Martha Jean Davison who died in 2006; a sister, Jeannette Elliott; and a brother, Jack Davison. He is survived by a daughter, Jill (Jacob) Click of Canton; son, Philip Davison of Minerva; sister, Norma Walker of Va.; brother, Jim (Cindy) Davison of Minerva; and two grandchildren, Natalie and Alex Click.
A private family service will be held at the Gotschall- Hutchison Funeral Home in Minerva. Burial will be in Moultrie Chapel Cemetery. Those wishing to send condolences may sign the register at
