Harold Knapp Obituary

Harold E. 'Bud' Knapp, Jr.
Age 74, of Dover, passed away Monday, Oct. 19, 2009, in Country Club Retirement Center, with his loving family by his side.
Survivors include his daughter, Nancy (Jeff) Eddy of Dover; a son, Ted (Beth Ann Widder) Knapp of Sherrodsville; twin daughters, Linda Dessecker of Dover, and Cindy Sundheimer of Bolivar.
A funeral service will be held Friday, Oct. 23, at 11 a.m. in the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home & Crematory, Dover, with Pastor Bruce McLaughlin officiating. Immediately following the service, the family will host a luncheon in the Toland-Herzig Monarch Center on the Boulevard in Dover. In keeping with Bud's wishes, there will be no calling hours, and he will be cremated. Instead of flowers, the family suggests that contributions in Bud's memory be made to the Tuscarawas County Humane Society, P.O. My deepest sympathy to the Knapp, Robb and Dessecker family. I have alot of fond memories of uncle Bud with his story tellings especialy during the pig seasons! I know Chris and Morricia are going to miss his homemade cookies! We will miss him terriblely.
