Mr. Vogelgesang started my love of reading the newspaper and keeping up with the news. We always had so much fun in his class while learning. CHAP 1984. Rest in Peace.

Grateful to have been taught by Mr. Vogelgesang in the late 1970's. He and his teaching colleagues in the CHAP program helped me become the man I'm proud to be today.

My 6th grade teacher at Woodland, CHAP, 1985. I still talk about the Weekly Readers (social studies) he had us do each week. He taught me everything I know about the Cold War. Great teacher, he made an impact. Rest in peace, Mr. Vogelgesang.

Thoughts and prayers are with you. Jack was our children's piano teacher in the 80's, and it was always nice to visit with him. May the Lord be extra near to you at this time.
