Josephine DeBuino Obituary

Josephine DeBuino
age 100, passed away Monday, Oct. 11, 2010. She was born on April 3, 1910 in Beaver Falls, Pa., the daughter of Adam and Kathryn (Misarsky) Hoika. Josephine moved here to Massillon in 1934. She was an active member at St. Joseph's Catholic Church. Josephine was actively involved in the St. Mary's Altar and Rosary and Isabellas Elms Lady's Monday Morning League. Throughout her life she enjoyed golf, playing cards, traveling, and witnessed many worldly changes. Along with her parents, brothers and sisters, she was preceded in death by her husband Emerick in 1993 and her daughter, Marcia Berarducci in 2009.
She is survived by her daughter, Carol Moustaris of Massillon; her son-in-law, James Berarducci of Wellington, Ohio; her grandchildren, Stephen (Dawn) Moustaris, Lori Airhart, Lisa (Dave) White, Laine Moustaris all of Massillon, Jimmy Berarducci of Wellington, Ohio and Corinne (Jeremy) Willets of Cleveland Heights; her great-grandchildren, Nicollette, Kaylin, Stephen, Sarah, Madison, Duncan, Audrey and Cecilia.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, Oct. 15, 2010 at 10 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Burial will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery. Friends may call at the Paquelet Funeral Home on Friday from 9-9:45 a.m. Messages of sympathy and support may be sent to the family at www.paquelet.com.

I will always remember stopping by her house after school with Lisa and she would give us sugar cookies that were so good! I always think of her when I drive pass her house.
