Joye McBride Obituary
age 78, of Canton, passed away Friday, Nov. 11, 2016 in Aultman Hospital. She was born April 12, 1938 in Hopedale, Ohio to the late Clarence and Myrtle (Boals) Wallace. Joye was a 1956 graduate of Hopedale High School. She was a licensed cosmetologist for many years and was employed by several dry cleaners while moving with her husband's ministry.
Joye is survived by her husband, Richard A. McBride to whom she was married 59 years; five children whom she loved dearly and their spouses, Denise and Vernon Jones, Mary Jane and Chuck Logan, Dana and Mike Daugherty, Richard and Lynnette McBride, C. Stephen and Alison McBride; 12 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren; one sister and brother-in-law, Mary “Dolly” and Lewis “Jake” Tipton.
Funeral services will be Tuesday, Nov. 15, 2016 at 11 a.m. in the North Industry Christian Church with Steve Kimbrel officiating. Friends will be received Monday 5-7 p.m. in the Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home and one hour before services on Tuesday (10-11 a.m.) at the church. Burial will be Wednesday at 1 p.m. in Greenwood Cemetery, Cadiz, OH. Condolences or fond memories may be shared online at www.sandersfuneralhomes.com.

Mom and I were sad to hear of your mom's passing. We knew her and Dick from when they ministered at West Liberty Christian Church in WV. She was aptly named as she was so full of joy. Prayers.

Tyner ave will not be the same.Joy and I shared so many stories while standing in her driveway and sitting on the front porch. She was so very proud of her children, and grand children. Often, calling me over from across the street to look at recent photos. She was quick to call me when she spotted trouble...my dog running away or if I left my headlights on. She worried and prayed when we went to China to adopt our daughter. When we came home she made sure she was one of the first in line to meet her. She always had good things to say about my growing boys,as she enjoyed watching them walk to the lake to fish,or sled ride. I will miss her dearly. Our deepest sympathies are with you.Joye was a wonderful women,full of strength and goodness.

So sorry (& shocked)to hear about the loss of your mom. I will miss her. We share so many wonderful memories. Praise the Lord, I know that she is in a better place with no more suffering. One day we will meet again!
