Karl Kismann Obituary
Karl A. Kismann, age 42, of Canton, passed away suddenly Wednesday morning in his home. He was born in Canton on March 29, 1965. He was a member of St. Anthony's Catholic Church. He was a graduate of Central Catholic High School in 1983. He presently was employed with the Russo Cement Contractors. Survived by his parents, Andrew and Angeline (Ross) Kismann of Canton; brother, Leo Kismann of Copley, OH; three sisters and brothers-in- law, Stephanie and Michael Logan and their children, Ryan and Sean of Dayton, OH, Therese Kismann of Cleveland, Ann Marie and James Murphy and their children, Kaitlyn and Rachel of Westerly, RI; number of aunts and uncles. Mass of Christian Burial will be sung Friday, September 14, 2007, 11 a.m. in St. Anthony's Church with Rev. Fr. Tom Bishop as celebrant. Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery. Friends may call one hour prior to services on Friday at the church where the funeral procession will form. Memorial contributions can be made to St. Anthony's Church Building Fund in his memory. Rossi Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

My deepest sympathy to the Kisman family. I knew Karl for several years, I cut his hair and he was always a joy to see. I knew he was feeling down lately but never would dream of this ending. Karl shared lots of personal moments in his life with me and I ever much considered him a good friend. I would like for his family to know how much he loved and adored you. Karl spoke of you often. To his mother and father, although I've never meet you I feel as if I know you through the special stories Karl shared with me. I will never forget Karl, his smile and hugs. With my deepest sincerity.

Kismann Family:
Karl was married to my cousin Sam and I have known him since I was about 10 years old... In my adult years, he was a good friend and crack-up to be around... He is deeply loved and will be missed by everyone whose life he touched. Much love and prayers from Phil's Bistro and all that knew him... I have several memories of Karl from family functions and silly nights at Phil's that I will forever carry in my heart...

My thoughts are with the entire family at this time of sorrow. Karl took myself and my sister; Tammie to Ft. Ben when we were activated to the Gulf War. I knew Karl through Lee and Tammie. He had many friends and will be missed by all! My prayers are with you.

To Karl's Family,
It is always the hope and prayers of a Mother and Father that their son will turn out well. In my mind Karl did. No one will change that.
I have only known Karl for a few years through work but one thing was for sure, he always had a Man's warm handshake for me and smile of "glad to see you" response.
Karl was a man that if you had a problem and would call him he would do what he could to help out. He cared for others. This was a son any Mother and Father would be proud to say was their own.
Through this tragic time, I will always keep his smile, handshake, and nod of acceptance in my heart and memory. Blessings to all of those who he has left behind.
