You are 43 years old today.
I was disappointed a few weeks ago because your Dad and I were going to be traveling in Egypt and I would not be able to post anything. We did not go because of a dangerous virus that I know you would be on the front lines battling for your patients.
We miss you and wish so much you were alive to celebrate You!

I just want you both to know that I have also been in your shoes and it's been 14 1/2 years since I lost my child. You will always be in my thought and prayers...especially Dr Candage (my doctor since 1996). May time ease your hearts, but brighten your day with memories.

Forgive me, I know it is easy for me to say and often times hard to believe when you are so close to so much loss but I will say it anyway....

I really believe that Ray is still amongst us as we do our work at Loyola. No one who works as hard as he did or invested so much is truly ever gone.

I am truly praying for peace and some measure of comfort for your family.
