Sophia Capo Obituary
our 15 day old angel, went home to be with the Lord on Monday morning, June 11, 2012 while being held by her mother and surrounded by her loving family. Sophia was born in Canton on May 27 and passed at Cleveland Clinic Children's Hospital.
Saying goodbye too soon are her parents, Tony and Lauren; sister, Maryn and brother, Anthony; maternal grandmother, Julia Fox and maternal great-grandmother, Dorothy Lutz; paternal grandparents, Denis and Doris Capo and paternal great-grandmother, Ellen Dillmore; aunts and uncles, Brooke Brady, Christina (Rick) Yant, Melissa (Jeff) Lewis, Steven (Jessica) Capo; 15 cousins. Preceded in death by grandfather, Chester Fox and uncle, Mathew Fox; great-grandfather, Edwin Dillmore, great-uncle, Ronald Dillmore and great-aunt, Sara Barnhart.
Friends may call Wednesday 5-8 p.m. at the Arnold Funeral Home, Hartville and one hour prior to services Thursday (10-11 a.m.). Funeral services are Thursday 11 a.m. in the funeral home with Pastor Robert Barnhart officiating. Final resting place is Greentown Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Sophia's name to the Ronald McDonald House of Cleveland. Sophia's family would like to thank everyone for their prayers and support while Sophia fought for her life and for following her story on caringbridge.org.

My sweet angel Sophie, I hear your beautiful name everywhere I go, but its not my Sophie they're calling. I have to fight back tears whenever I hear it. I held you and rocked you once and I keep going back to that moment. You made a little squeeky noise but singing to you seemed to comfort you. I will treasure that moment till I can hold you again. I know Grandpa is singing to you now. All your other family that's with you will take turns singing to you and loving you. Why God didn't let us keep you I don't know but He is always right so I have to accept that. The days I visited you at the hospital will remain forever. Your soft cheek and head I will always feel when I kiss you in my mind. Give your Uncle Matthew and Grandpa. A kiss for me. You will always be a part of my life till I can hold you again. My beautiful little Sophie, you will be so missed by your Nana, there will never be a minute that I won't think of you. I will so miss watching you grow up, but, in your short little life you have taught me so much. You were a true gift to us.
Oh, Sophie, how your Mommy, Daddy, Maryn and Anthony loved you, and so did Nana and Papa,and all of your aunts and uncles and cousins. We couldn't wait for you to get here. Never did we dream your time would be so short. You touched the lives of so many, more than we can even imagine.

Toni and Lauren, We are so sorry Sophie's time with you was so short. Of course, she is safe in Jesus' hands. and happily waiting for you both. Heaven holds such a tremendous reunion. We can't imagine the feelings that you are dealing with. We are so blessed to be a part of her short life and to have been allowed to walk this journey with you.
