Nicholas Lucente Obituary

Nicholas Joseph Lucente "Nick", 92, a 10 year resident of Arnold, previously of Annapolis for 39 years, died April 17, 2009 of natural causes at Anne Arundel Medical Center, Annapolis.
Born November 5, 1916 in Philadelphia, Pa. where he was raised and educated. He was an Engineer for Westinghouse for 44 years, retiring in 1984.
He was a member of St. Andrew's by the Bay Catholic Church in Annapolis. He enjoyed boating and crabbing.
He was preceded in death by his wife, who he married in 1941, Helen Lucent, she died in 1994; and his parents, Luciano and Rose Pasceri Lucente.
He is survived by two sons, Richard Lucente of Kansas City, Mo. and Jeff Lucente of Arnold; one daughter, Margaret DiFatta of Arnold; two brothers, Robert Lucente and Rudolph Lucente, both of Philadelphia, Pa.; two sisters, Norma Giordano of Philadelphia, Pa., and Geraldine Franchi of Marco Island, Fla. and nine grandchildren & eight great grandchildren.
Friends will be received at John M. Taylor Funeral Home, 147 Duke of Gloucester Street, Annapolis, on Monday, April 20 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Services and interment will be in Pennsylvania.
