Ronald Mills

Ronald Gregory Mills, 75 of Crofton, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family at home. Ron served in the US coast Guard from 1958 to 1963. Ron is also retired from both Bank of America and Shoppers Food in Crofton. Ron was preceded in death by parents Nelson Mills and Adeline Knowton and by his first wife Rosalie of 47 years. He is survived by his wife Rose Linton-Mills of Crofton, MD; daughter Juanita Cascadden and husband Bob of Hubert, NC; son Randy Mills and wife Tina of Leland, NC; daughter Sue Kennedy and husband Rich of Odenton, MD; Grandchildren David Cascadden, Matt Colley, Joesph Mills, Ian Cascadden, Taylor Mills, Megan Mills, Dylan Mills, Olivia Kennedy, and Jacob Mills. Ron is also survived by sisters Sandra Meyer of Fairfax, VA; Paula Fewell of Arlington, VA; as well as many nieces and nephews. The family will have a viewing on Friday, February 20, 2015 from 6pm to 8pm at Beall Funeral Home 6512 NW Crain Hwy (Rte. 3 South), Bowie MD. A service will be held at St Paul's Lutheran Church, 1370 Defense Hwy., Crofton, MD on Saturday, February 21, 2015 at 11am. A Burial with Military Honors will be at Arlington National Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St Paul's Lutheran Church of Crofton and Gambrills.
