Ada Patterson

Ada Webb Patterson, formerly of Eldersburg, MD, died peacefully in her sleep in Newnan, Georgia, on July 12, 2021. Ada was born 75 years ago in Havre de Grace, MD. She is predeceased by her husband, William H. Patterson, and her parents, Bert and Eleanor Webb. Ada enjoyed a successful career in property management as a former vice president of Wallace H Campbell & Co. When she retired from that job, she worked in new home sales. Later, she was employed at Summerville at Westminster Assisted Living and at Fairhaven Retirement Community in Carroll County, MD. Ada loved traveling, theater, cooking, bridge, her family and friends (whom she called "her treasures") and her much cherished dogs. Her greatest gift was the gift of laughter. She sprinkled it like fairy dust on everyone she encountered. Her gregarious, charming nature, and her unique ability to brighten the lives of others will be missed by all who were privileged to have known her.
