Carroll Jesse Frock

Carroll Jesse Frock, 86, of Westminster passed away on Monday, August 31, 2015 at the University of Maryland Medical Center. He was born on April 28, 1929 in Westminster and was the son of the late Charles W. and Esther Eva Crumbacker Frock. He was the loving husband of Dorothy Little Frock, his devoted wife of 62 years. Mr. Frock worked as a brick and stone mason specializing in brick and stone fireplaces and was employed for John Boose and Harry Lambert both masonry contractors. He was a long time member of Benjamin's-Kriders United Church of Christ serving as chairman of the church building committee and the cemetery committee. He was also a member of the Door to Virtue Lodge #46, A.F. & A.M. Surviving in addition to his wife is son and daughter-in-law Myron R. and Laura J. Frock of Westminster; sister Anna Elizabeth Frock Robertson of Westminster; grandson Aaron Jesse Frock; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by siblings Charles "Bud" Frock, Clarence J. Frock, Jean Marie Derr and Evelyn E. Immler. The family will receive friends on Friday from 10 to 11 a.m. at PRITTS FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 412 Washington Rd., Westminster, funeral services will follow at 11:00 am at the funeral home with Rev. Joan Evans officiating. Interment will be in Benjamin's-Kriders United Church of Christ Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in his name to Benjamin's-Kriders United Church of Christ Cemetery Fund, 208 Kriders Church Rd., Westminster MD 21158.
