My oldest memory of Allen is when we left the sliding door open of his moms house in Sykesville and the horse came in and ate the sugar cubes off the diningroom table. Our moms were in the basement and heard the noise. I think Allen and I were about 5 years old. Boy did we get in trouble. I am so sad right now . He was a great friend .

It was always great to see You and Allen. The two of you were always friendly and fun to be with. You seemed like soulmates and my prayers go out to you and your family. He fought a good fight and I know he has earned and will find peace and contentment now. God Bless. Sharon Otto, RN

We have known Allen and Joyce for many years now. He was the one who helped us find our lot, then build our house, then find another home, then find our office in Eldersburg...we would not have been able to do much without Allen! He was a great guy all around!! We will miss him and will pray for his family.

Allen was one of the "good guys". He was very friendly and kind. He was always willing to share what he knew about real estate with everyone in the office. We shared the same birth day and year. He will be missed.

Even though we haven't been in real estate for quite a while now, Allen was my mentor when I started and I always appreciated his help. We will miss him.

Dear Joyce, Ryan and Katie,

We were so saddened to hear about Allan. At times like this there really are no perfect words to say, just what comes from our hearts. We are sorry for such a loss of such a precious man as Allan. Our hearts and prayers go out to you and the family. We ask The Lord for strength and comfort for each one of you and the whole Codd family. We love you all.
