I knew Harry since his time as a District Court Bailiff and then had the pleasure of working with him as a Circuit Court Bailiff. Harry was one of the most down to earth and "matter of fact" gentleman that you could meet and a hard worker all his life. We really missed him when he retired from the Circuit Court and we still talk about the good things Harry brought to this job. He will be missed.

I had the opportunity to work with and for the Bevard brothers while I was a state trooper. None came any better than they - - - - both were fair, considerate and willing to help as supervisors - - - the Maryland State Police is quickly and sadly losing the "good guys" - - - - the end of watch for Harry and John - - - - they will be sadly missed, but fondly remembered
