Harvey Edwin (Tiger) Marshall, Jr. 77 years old of Reisterstown, died Friday, April 22, 2016 at the Gilchrist Hospice in Towson. Born June 26, 1938 in Maryland, he was the son of the late Harvey E. Marshall, Sr. and Evelyn Ross Marshall. He was the husband of Eula Renfro Marshall. Father of Amy Lewis (Bo), Dr. Harvey E. Marshall III, Julie Cobert and Thomas Marshall. Grandfather of Edward (Teddy) Lewis, Tara Lewis Bisciotti (Jason), Caroline Cobert, Claire Cobert, Elizabeth Marshall, Katie Marshall, Harrison Marshall, Harvey(Teddy) Marshall IV and Thomas Marshall, Jr.; and Brother of Carolyn Marshall Snawder. Harvey (Tiger) was the owner and operator of Captain Harvey's Restaurant in Owings Mills, MD from 1972-2013. He was an active member of the community and belonged to the Reisterstown Lions Club, Reisterstown, Owings Mills and Glydon Chamber of Commerce, Bucs Club, Elks Club, 4th District Democratic Club, Chaine des Rotisseurs. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, April 27, 2016 from 3:00 - 8:00 PM, at the Eckhardt Funeral Chapel, P.A. 11605 Reisterstown Rd. Owings Mills. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, 11:30 AM at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 65 Sacred Heart Lane, Glyndon, MD. Rev. Msgr. Lloyd E. Aiken officiating. Interment in Evergreen Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, the family request donations in his name to: Catholic Charities of Maryland, 320 Cathedral Street, Baltimore, MD 21201 Online condolences may be offered at www.eckhardtfuneralchapel.com.
