Just saw this and realized that I am related to Jaime on my father's side. George Maynard Martz was my grandfather Merhle Martz's brother. He and his wife had a son named George Kermit Wilson Martz. He and his wife had had a son named Kermit W. Martz, who was the father of Jaime. It is a small world, after all. My sincere condolences to Kermit and Sandra and the entire extended family, for the loss of their son. I am the daughter of George R. Martz, son of Merhle. Jaime was only three years old when I graduated from Frederick High in '64.

You will be sorely missed my friend. The hardest working man in Carroll county. Such a big loss. I always enjoyed running into you and your family. Such good people. You always had a big smile on your face and something witty to say. I'll miss ya. All I can say is the good Lord must need some help with his crops because he picked the right fella! Thoughts and prayers to the family.

Family, I send my sincere condolences. I well remember Jamie as a great friend. Jamie stayed at home and worked very hard. Folk like Jamie are those that support and sustain folk like me who travel abroad, serve in the battlefields of military warfare and the pulpits against spiritual warfare. My heartfelt salute to my friend Jamie and his precious family.
