Worked with Joe in the 80´s and 90´s. Golfed and kept in contact over the years. A truly great friend. So sorry to hear of his passing!

I'm so saddened to hear of his passing.
He was a carrier representative of mine when he was with Carolina, PJAX and most recently with Ward Trucking when I was VP Domestic Operations at TBB Global Logistics.
I was also the DISC JOCKEY Jay Mattson that he may have spoken to you at one time or another.
Most recently 2012-2013 as Morning News Anchor at AM 1470 WTTR Westminster Maryland where he would sporadically pop in on us during my morning newscasts.
He and also attended an annual oldies presentation one night each Fall at Penn State York.
We also had a liking for show cars and shows.
He always made me laugh and we shared lots of work and fun
I've been praying for him and your family for quite a while and will continue to do so.
God Bless you and your family
Matt Fishel -- Jay Mattson Disc Jockey, too.

I have kept Joe in my prayers for some time, we go back to his Arbutus days playing guitar in the basement with him and his friend Ray. Or going to see concerts like The Ramones, Blonde or Talking Heads to name a few. Even as we grew older I always thought of Joe, and our friendship. It seemed that once you became Joe's friend, you would always be Joe's friend. I will sorely miss him. God Bless Pattie and her family

So sorry to hear of the passing of Joe. We first met Joe when he played with the band Cruise. Joe was a wonderful guy and a great musician. Terry and Joe often shared memories of the love of their cars. Joe will be deeply missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends
