Juanita Fream

Deliliah Juanita Fream, 86, of Taneytown MD, died April 29, 2025, surrounded by her loving children, at BridgingLife-Dove House in Westminster. Born September 10, 1938, in Lexington, VA, she was the daughter of the late John and Alma (Clark) Tyler. Juanita was the devoted wife of the late Charles A. Fream. They were married 56 years at the time of his passing in 2016. Juanita graduated from Emmitsburg High School, and served her family as a homemaker and her husband with his egg delivery business. She was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Harney Ladies Auxiliary, Littlestown Eagles Auxiliary 2226, and Harney Lions Club. Keeping busy, she worked for Walmart, the Harney Lions Club stand, and made Easter treat bags for the Harney Community. Along with her collections of little brown jugs and collectable state saucers, her children fondly remember that the kitchen was her favorite domain, and she proved it with her wonderful recipes and treats shared with family and friends. She is survived by her children, Kenneth Fream, Brenda Keeney, and Karen Fream; and sisters, Mildred Weatherly, and Clara Jean Wivell-Kaiser. Juanita was predeceased by her brother, George "Toby" Tyler. The family will receive friends from 2-4p.m., and 6-8p.m., Monday, May 5, 2025, and again 10-11a.m., Tuesday, May 6, at Myers-Durboraw Funeral Home, P.A., 136 E Baltimore St., Taneytown, MD 21787. A Funeral Service will be held 11a.m., Tuesday, May 6, 2025, at the Funeral Home, with interment to follow at Mountain View Cemetery, Harney. Arrangements have been entrusted to Myers-Durboraw Funeral Home, P.A., Taneytown.
