Keith Montgomery Obituary



Keith Eugene Montgomery, 64, of Hampstead, died unexpectedly Saturday, Nov. 10, 2012, at his summer home in Falling Waters, W.Va.

Born July 21, 1948, in Baltimore, he was the son of the late William F. and Theresa Helen Harden Montgomery. He was the husband of Pamela Ann Doll Montgomery, his wife of 41 years.

He was a veteran of the Vietnam War, having served in the Army. He worked as a security officer for the Baltimore Convention Center and recently for Joseph A. Bank.

He was a member of Christ Lutheran Church in Trenton. He was a member of the VFW in Baltimore and AMVETS in Falling Waters. He enjoyed golf, fly-fishing, crafting stained glass, square dancing, camping and model railroading.

Surviving,in addition to his wife, are a son, Kevin Eugene Montgomery, of Hampstead; a granddaughter, Kayla Elizabeth Montgomery, of Hampstead; a grandson, Wesley William Emil Montgomery, of Hampstead; and a sister, Darlene Rudacille, of Florida.

Friends may call from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at Eline Funeral Home, 934 S. Main St., Hampstead.

A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at Christ Lutheran Church, 16538 Trenton Road, Upperco, with his pastor, the Rev. Michael C. Adams, officiating. Interment will be private.

Memorial contributions may be sent to the Wounded Warrior Project, 3025 John Quick Road, Quantico, VA 22134.
